Hacking Need help installing homebrew to ps vita

I have a vita 3.55 running ark-2 using 138menu. I'm having trouble installing emulators and roms. I understand Sony fixed copy to game folder so where do I copy the files and how do I install. Also is the file directory the same as PSP/GAME/GAMEFOLDER or do I set it up a different way. Anyone who can jot down a few steps to explain how to do I would gladly appreciate it thanks.
