Ok. Do I had to install preloader to fix my Semi bricked wii, it worked, now I'm curious if I can get rid of preloader. I have a modded ios 60, downgraded ios 35, ciosv7, ciosv10(just reading off guide here), ios 36, and ran ios downgrader. If I use a sysmenu 4.0 wad, which steps will I have to repeat and will it get rid of preloader?

yes if you install the sys menu 4.0 wad then everything will be the same exept you wont have preloader you keep everything but preloader by installing the wad in wad manager it is easies and faster than firmware downgrader 1.11

So I will keep the downgraded ioses and cioses and lose preloader. I followed the ultimate virgin 4.0 wii guide, which is safer? Firmware downgrader(Able to keep at 4.0?). Or sysmenu wad?
EDIT: Fenrirwolf, I want this now so I can uninstall preloader when bootmii comes out.

you get it don faster with the system menu 4.0 wad and slower with firmwire downgrader, wad is safer because it is offline and you dont need to worry about about internet issues and both methods keep you on 4.0

No it won't.
It installs IOS60, System Menu 4.0, MIOS v9, and BC v5

All official and unpatched

If you have a patched IOS60 already installed, it will skip downloading and installing IOS60.

To the original poster, also use NANDClean to get rid of preloader's settings, hacks.ini, and the renamed System Menu app

You don't need to uninstall preloader to use BootMii.
You should be able to use both.

Piratesmack: I just want to get rid of that 5 second lag it gives me every time I start up. So I don't need that NAND cleaner or anything? Just use the sysmenu wad and I'm on my way?

Yeah, reinstalling the System Menu will be enough

NANDClean just gets rid of a few files preloader leaves behind.
