ROM Hack Need help getting Pokemon White working with Desmume

Since no$gba currently doesn't save, I tried Desmume. White isn't working for me. SS works fine, but no go with White. Do I need some particular patches or something? Any help would be good.

Desmume is extremely slow. But, since no$gba/no$zoomer doesn't save at the moment
Desmume 0.9.6 is your best option.
Should work fine, worked for me before I got it working on my TTDS/

i got pokemon white working on my desmume like 2-3 days after it came out i think because at that point there was only one patch nows theres so many that people are confused what to download and there not working properly.
