Homebrew Need help for updating boot9strap (section II of updating B9S)

As the title i cant seem to start chainloader be pressing start...it worked before that and i followed everything on the prep work and did everything as asked on section I!

the bin of what sorry im confused and yes i did hold start im not dumb i already hacked 13 new 3ds without a brick only my 3ds seems to struggle since the last format.

the SafeBS9installer.bin instead of SafeBS9installer.firm

where the payloads are, you are going to put start_ in front of the name

Instead of firm, place bin file. Yup where firm.should go

I had the same problem yesterday.
It was because I updated Luma before updating boot9strap.
Go back to the previous version.

gosh that what i did huh can you post the 7.1 download because i cant seem to find it on github....sorry and thanks guy
