Hacking Need help and direction on setting up wii to play burnt games

Hello, I installed Wii Homebrew Channel recently (last night) using the Bannerbomb method since I have Wii System version 4.1.
Now i need to install the IOS and launchers etc to enable me to play burnt games. I have IOS61 version, i Have Bootmii, DVDx installed and tonnes of other bits lying around awaiting for installation. I was told to install CIOS36 (ERROR= ret-1) and preloader 0.29(current IOS36 has the fakesign bug fixed), both failed. The helper asked me to post this because he didn't know how to deal with my Wii (my serial starts with LA instead of the LU he has).
Please help me by posting info here or direct me to sections of the guides...

Straight up man read the MANY tutorials on the forum. I'm sorry to be a douche but MAN are you serious.... if you aren't fully understanding hacking the WII before you do it, don't do it. Until I knew what i was doing and had everything down, I didn't touch my WII.
