Hacking Need clarification

Hi everybody,
I recently install ed the homebrew channel on my wii(4.2e) and would like some clarification about Trucha bug cIOS's IOS's and so on. I haven't installed anything yet so can someone please tell me what to do so I can use a loader (USB Loader GX preferably)

the trucha bug lets u install things to your wii. so if u use dopios mod 11.5 and use the trucha bug part of it to bug ios36
then u can install cios rev17 and cios 222/223v4 to use usbloader gx

OK so if I install the trucha bug via dopios mod I can then install waninkiko's ios38 rev 17 via the installer? and do i only need ios38 or are there others?

Exactly what DKAngel said. That's all you will need to be able to run games through USB.

Run DopIos Mod, clear out the stubbed IOS' then install the cIOS' that you need. Should check out xzerox(think that was his name) guide on how to softmod the wii.
