Hacking Need advise with Jailbreaking switch and Updates

Im considering jailbreaking my switch. Im on FW 8.10. Doubt is, I know 9.0 just released so if I jailbreak it with atmosphere on 8.10 and later on 9.0 ends up being compatible, how would I be able to update the already hacked Switch? thanks ​
