Hacking Question Need advice to get my CFW switch back up and running!

Hi Everyone!
I need a bit of advice. Ive got a modded switch that I have used In the past, I loved the thing. I bought a 200gb micro sd for it and unfortunately that card was stolen from me.

I'm having to start fresh with a new micro sd. I know I've likely lost majority of my save files and stuff but what's really perplexing me is how to I go about reinstalling atmosphere?

It's probably a real dumb question but any advice would be greatly appreciated!

- Power off your Switch
- download all the necessary stuff for atmosphere(like fusee etc) and inject them to the new SD card

launch the atmosphere as usual

only thing that will probably happen to you is that you gotta reinstall all the games you saved on the sd card

savegames normally go to the internal storage so they should be fine(only saves that are lost are the one you extracted via JKSV or similiar apps)

If your card was stolen than get another Micro SD card.
You could either get good old Atmosphere: https://github.com/Atmosphere-NX/Atmosphere/releases/tag/1.0.0
or get DeepSea aio, which has everything you need: https://github.com/Team-Neptune/DeepSea/releases/tag/v3.1.0

Just copy all of the folders (of what you picked, as DeepSea and Atmosphere don't work well together) onto the root of the new Micro SD card and boot into RCM mode. then inject a payload with TegraRCMgui: https://github.com/eliboa/TegraRcmGUI/releases
After that you are good.
