Homebrew Need a bit of graphics help for GX emulator mod

actully I've been playing all thoses Old De-japped SNES roms. But yeah I have alot of friends who are like "up to date automatically means better" but it is not true always. Ithink that it depends on your setup. I mainly want to try the GBA cover mod again. Small thig, I know but I personally would sacrifice a version number for covers in regards to the VBA emulator. And again, don't get me wrong, ALL of Tantrics emlators are great. I don't seem to have alot of the bugs that i see on google code, but again every set up is different. Still using the SD card here

That's right, the bugs at this point are things that only affect a small minority (or only bother a small minority).

I have tryed to get them to add the cover mod to the source code but they are realy set in the thought of not adding it. And I am having problems copiling the source. So I will keep trying but if some one else can do it. Things would move a little quicker.

ok.. it doens't work.. i dont know what i did wrong..i put the pic in the right resolution in the folder images, rename the files and nothing.. what i have to do to work?

The NES images must be 160x224 in PNG format and the SNES 316x224.

hi..well.. i put in this format and size,and now when i press that icon between settinmgs and exit, the optinos to see the covers appear, but the covers doesn't..i dont know what is wrong now.. may be the name?

It is certainly possible.You must rename the .png names to match EXACTLY the rom's names...Try it!

hi..i try it.. still doesn't work.. but the image of the snes boxes appear.. but without the cover

This indicates that you have not put the names correctly.
For example, 'The Legend of Zelda (U).nes' must be renamed 'The Legend of Zelda (U)

I was wondering the same thing... no cover still! Well, I am happy that Tantric's working on these emulators though. They really help make the Wii even nicer to own

fceultragx and snes9xgx. But the mods are a bit outdated, wait for the official cover version.

i think he is really busy fixing USB stuff with IOS58 in libogc + wiimc + snes9x + fceux + vbagx + his life i don't think he really have a lot of time for coding the cover mod for now ... he better like to improve compatibility than the look of his apps

Yes Psiko release his source but it have a lot of work to do to update to the last version many file and folder have change since 4.1.5.

If somebody have the time to do it yes it's possible ..

Most game work perfectly with 4.1.5 ... i add USB2 to it ... i don't think it's really important to made a mod if tantric think about included it in official revision ....
