Has this anything to do with Chocobo`s Mystery Dungeon series? The trailer looked good, even though what I saw from it was just a demonstration of the graphic engine. The battle system seemed to be a bit different, if I saw correct it`s cardbased. Anyway, looked good enough for me to hope for an english release.

It doesnt seem like a card battle but an rpg with "enemies and characters taken from a book". Thats why they look like a card ^^; is quite cute and nice but i dont think is english-friendly since is a rpg and most of those games never come to america

What I really wanna know is how this game incorporates the use of the Nintendo Wi-Fi connection...

Anyone know?

Okay, from what I've played so far this is not hard to play, even in Japanese.

Just walk around, talk to people to start events, find a book, get sucked in, and apparently play an easy to understand minigame.

Unless it changes later on, it seems simple enough to play. And I'm enjoying it so far. Final Fantasy Victory Tune when you do something good, too

This looks very good and most likely playable without knowing japanese. Just to learn what the menus do.. but that's just a theory.

Yeah, just try and learn what you can by playing around, and wait for a translation guide to surface on Gamefaqs or something.

Can atleast someone tell me how to save? Trying to figure it out, I hit quit game. Tried to load up my game again, and it started me from the beginning.

Luckly I only lost like 10 minutes of play, tops, but it was annoying...

Wi-Fi is for card battles and you need 15 cards before you can try it.

Had a shot at the game and as expected from Square-Enix, it's a very well presented game with its vivid colours and cute graphics. Mini games are fun and varied but, I would prefer playing a full fledged RPG with a fairly fleshed out story.

Title translation: Chocobo and the Magical Storybook.

It looks amusing enough to try. *goes to d/l*
