omg I loved this game before, I hope its playable in jap
I had no idea this was coming out. Awesome. I'm sure it's playable in jap, the stats are all that matters for the most part.
Im guessing this is not a 2d fighting game?
I had this on my neo geo pocket color and it's a card fighting game. Build your deck, fight other decks, win cards, yadda yadda. It's like that yugioh stuff except it isn't a piece of shit.
this one is not a 2d fighting game for sure.
it's a card game
only thing is some cards gives effects but I guess its easy to see what it does
neo geo pocket rules
Is this game expected to see a U.S. release any time soon?
So is this game going to get a US release?
I still play the NGPC version every now and again, only card battle game that has really got me going.
Retro Gamer this months say Ignition are publishing this in the UK sometime in March. So perhaps US will appear sometime around then.
I think the US will get it in february.
Will probably wait until the english version.
Still got a backlog of games to play through.
SNK vs. Capcom Card Fighters DS SNK Playmore 02/01/07 US
Fun card game and plenty of great looking Capcom/SNK character art! It's funny to see the Gyakuban characters fighting too, though
It'd be nice if they actually made a 2D fighter rather than a card videogame ! though this looks alright in itself
The Neo Geo Pocket version rocked - can't wait to play this.
Loved this game on the Neogeo Pocket. I can't wait for the English version.
This one has Wifi play too!
Wait, the Gyakuban characters are in this?
That's an instant-play for me! XD
This game isn't interesting me that much. Granted I think it's awesome seeing certain cards (Edgeworth card at the start FTW), but the gameplay just bored me. Unless later you really have to be smarter, pretty much for the first three floors, just saying attack when possible has done it for me.
I collected all the cards in the neogeo pocket version (I bought a second NGPC and the other copy of the game just so I could complete the set). I've got more than 300 hours clocked on my save for the SNK version of that game.
It seems like they've made a lot of changes to the gameplay mechanic, I hope this game is still as addictive and fun as its predecessor which made it into Edge magazine's list of the most 'hardcore' games of all time.
WIFI is certainly a welcome addition and I'm eagerly anticipating an english language release.
I'd imagine this game uses the same model used in a handful of other video games, where the difficulty gets harder the further into the game you progress.
Bah, I wish the just released an SNK fighter for DS, none of this card BS. Not that this is a bad game, but damn is this ever a tease for me as an SNK fighter fan
