Another zoids game huh, only screens I could dig up on short notice look pretty good:
Is this game based on rock scissor paper?
I sure hope not .
hope this gets a US/E release
I can remember seeing there was a GameCube game that didnt get a release outside of Japan, but the GBA game did
Yup, it is but, don't forget it's aimed at children
You take turns with rock, paper and scissors - win and you attack. You also get to spin the wheel to charge up your attacks or have a chance to evade sometimes by hitting a button. Then there's the chip system that you can manage. It's pretty fun to play really, just like Mushi King was when it used the same kind of rock, paper and scissors system.
Zoids are modelled brilliantly and the animations are good so that's a plus.
zoids chaotic century is one of my favorite animes.... i haven't played any of the games though.. i remember that gc game.. i wanted to play it so bad.. it was like Zoids legends or something.. i'd look it up.. but i g2g
Sounds like a nice release to get my hands upon... yummy... new fodder for boring train rides
EDIT: That game is definitely not bad. Especially the graphics are interesting. The upper screen does not only feature full 3d battles ( like the other scissor-stone game out there with dinosaurs ) but has also special effects like motion blur and others. Definitely the best 3D on the DS that I have seen so far.
