It's one of those demos that you can get in stores, and that go away when you turn your console off.

No. It's a dump of a cart from a kiosk/demo station DS you can find in stores. Where the game is on a DS locked in a stand for people to try out.

DS Download demos are entirely different.

It's a timed demo in this case to be specific, as it ended for me halfway through the level after the first castle.

I have the cart itself, i'll scan it so you guys can put up a pic. Oh and the nfo states this is the Euro version, not the USA one as you guys have on the post.

I didn't supply this one, but if i'd been paying attention... Well i tend to use a group a little closer to home anyway

Arggg, I have miss this thread since today. Never now it was already out. I saw the Demo in a Store DS some weeks ago, but have not know, that it was already dumped.
I still miss this one in my collection.
