Well this one seems to be doing the same for me as other people with SC-SD. The only way i can get it to work anywhere near normally is with DS card save but when i turn my ds off and back on again, my save game is corrupt.

It's a shame as i really enjoy Starfi games.

Well i've come to the conclusion that the people getting it to work patching it to SD must be using an older firmware or patcher.
I officially just tried every single method of patching it to sd with latest soft and its still the same, two blank screens entering the 1st level.

Just for the record im using flashme v5 with SC SD patcher 2.52 and firmware 1.61.
The thing thats pissing me off right now is the fact that some people have it patched to SD and its running fine ?
I find it very strange why me and funkySkunk are getting different results to Tuxedo Kamen and deufeufeu.
Meh i'll prolly just buy the game anyway as it's kickass. Best platformer on ds so far

EDIT: weird i just done a test on my firmware to check everything was ok by holding L + R on boot, everything checked out fine so i loaded starfi back up and this time when entering the 1st level instead of pressing A i used the stylus to start the stage and now its working fine patched to save to SD with nothing ticked.
Hahaha it was unbelivable how much grief i had with this game, im so glad it's working properly now

Hmm, I'm using SC-SD (all up to date) and I tapped around to find out what the little crustacian folk were saying, then eventually got one black screen, one screen with the map on, and the music still playing, but no game worky.

But as you ve done Triforce, I've gone trough the first screens using the stylus, until I dropped it when I got to enter a stage... BUT if it is the real matter here, I finding these really strange, should be an odd bug left by the men who made this game, like some badly initialized registers when you enter with a button... I'm really finding it odd....
