You're kidding right? This game is out in English. In fact, the English ROM came out before this one. The US release is 140.

don't know if the 140 release is the same. because it states sims 2 but doesn't talk about a hotel....

Yes, it is the same. I own Sims 2 and you manage a hotel. The US working title even mentioned hotel. Plus, the box art is the same too.
