There is no script for pythonanother option (can't recall if it adds scripts or not) is to uninstall python, reinstall it, then on the first page, check the box that says add environmental path. that might be easier.

i check in output log it can't opendoes python3 do anything? that should work as long as it's in environmental settings. the fact that it's buffering suggests it's being detected, not sure why it's doing that indefinitely.
