Hacking NDS to get official Opera based web broswer?

The Opera browser will be released for approx. $30 in Japan in June. Webpages will use both screens, and the browser will make full use of the stylus. It was mentioned NOT to be contained within firmware, so it will likely be in DS cart form.

A TV tuner add-on has also been confirmed, it is a small device with a large antenna that plugs into the DS slot. Pictures:

-A May JP release for the new Mario game.

-A soccer game called "Winning Eleven" will have wifi support

-Tetris DS to be sold at a "budget price"

-A DS cooking game was mentioned

- Tetris DS at budget price is very good news. I wonder if this goes for EU as well.

What I'd really like to see is not another hertzian TV tuner, but something that lets you simply view streaming video. Winamp, WMP channels, hell, why not listen to somaFM's "secret agent" radio in that airport lounge?

I hope to hell they release the browser outside of Japan, nothing would be more useful than being able to quickly check forums at home without having to set my crazy system up (laptop + monitor in tiny house not ftw). Oh oh, and instant checking FAQ's when you get stuck (obviously turning the game off first) is always a plus

Now, how will this connect to the internet? I'm assuming it will have to be close an internet connection to hook up. Why wouldn't I just use that connection that the DS would be piggy-backing off of?
