ROM Hack NDS Rom Icon Editing

I heard that there is a program that can edit the rom menu icon. Anyone know of one?

I believe rominator can do commercial icons and romer can do homebrew as well as commercial.

There are no icons per se for GBA roms and the location of the icon pointer is right in the middle of the nintendo logo (68hex: GBA logo is from 04h to 9f (at a0 hex is the game title))
If you did try and force a read it will then attempt to read the address F130 956F hex (after you take everything into account) which is just shy of 4 gigabytes (about 3.77) if my calculations are correct (slightly more than 32 megabytes of the GBA).
No cart I know of can do without the logo (emulators are normally OK about it unless you tell them otherwise) so you can not really do much there.

Of course if you asked one of the devs of your cart/tool of choice they might allow you to add your own picture/icon to the end of the rom a la intros of yesteryear or the simple hiding technique (copy /b somerar.rar+secretpic.jpg hiddenpic.rar).
