Hacking NDS Games won't pass title screens

I recently bought a new CF card and tried to put many games on it, three of the being Jet Impulse, Phoenix Wright and Clubhouse games but only Clubhouse games works even when I press start instead of A to load the games (Other then GBA roms which always work). I would have thought that it was the brand of the card but I've bought the same one before (PQI 1GB).

I'm using a DS Lite, M3 CF, and a passkey 2. I've also checked the M3 wiki to make sure that the settings I used for the games were right.

Did you format the flashcard to FAT32? That might help.

I tried it, forgot to mention that thats probably why clubhouse games works.


ADD: Sorry but I now notice another issue, it is unrelated but pretty bad, Whenever I tried to play any game the DS shuts off, I think this is because there are times when I have to turn the DS on and off to get the pass key to work, will it work again if I wait it out ?
