So, if you want your .DAT files in the "I" folder, you should put in "I/" in the beginning of the .DAT name in Forwarder3-DS. Are you using the latest version (v1.6.2)?

I understand the tut wrong i thought they must be I.

As a example Pokémon HeartGold Starts and the error Screen comes up sorry that the screen is in German.

It gives you the error screen if it was red. In Forwarder3-DS, click the shuffle button if the TID is red.

Because for the other cards, there are no Stage-2 launchers that load a specific .nds/.dat file yet (like the DSTT one).

AFAIK, GW Blue Card is an ACE3DS clone

Ok its working on supercard dsone v3 .
Only need RetroGameFan Multi Cart Update v7.04, then copy the files from link in this theard [DSTT/R4i-SDHC/DSTT clones] and delte ysmenu.ini in DSTT folder.
I tested on root folder not in sub folders.
