Source code isn't available, so no. The cheats will have to be patched in the rom for now.

Great! Please try it out. If it doesn't work, then I dunno what else to do. I don't even know how Apache's hbmenu for R4 cia can run from the flashcard without freezing.

I got no banner when I create the forwarder in 1.6.

I have the same issue, hopefully I can find a link to 1.5 somewhere.

edit 2 somehow that 1.5 build isn't generating .cia s for me -- downgrading to this release made things easy again

Also why is there an issue in 1.6 that was not there in 1.5 and why is this new issue not handled automatically by the program?

@Olmectron was having trouble getting it to work, and also due to the program being made in Java.

Because maybe you just want to quickly test a game and not go through the trouble of restarting your computer into windows and install a cia.
And the blank banner thing happened with an english-patched version of Fire Emblem: Shin Monshou no Nazo ～Hikari to Kage no Eiyuu～. Maybe the english patch is to blame there though.

Well, he is working on banner importing, so we can use the fixed banner I did for the english version.

Are there any make_cia versions for Linux or Mac? If there are, I can add it to the program, since Java is multiplatform already, just not the EXE tools.

Also, this thread is about forwarders. For official flashcart kernel, why not simply boot them? Aren't they recognized anymore? I thought Apache Thunder had loaders for those that wasn't recognized in the latest 3DS firmware.

Seeing that's the latest version, I don't think so.

If you try to boot either YSMenu or the official kernel with the modified config file, it will be stuck in a perpetual bootloop.
