Whenever I try adding an animated banner for a game for Forwarder3DS, the generic DS icon is removed and no other icon shows up. Can somebody help?

Whenever I try to replace the icon from the Animated banner replacements folder, the generic icon disappears and the game icon does not appear like it is supposed to. No icon appears after trying to import a banner.

I think it is. Additionally, whenever I try to export to .cia, the .nds file refuses to do so. I have also received the cyclic redundancy check error a couple of times while I am using Forwarder3DS. The games that I am trying to convert are the Generation 5 Pokemon games, which are all DSi enhanced.

I see. I do have another issue though, I have Earthbound extra data on my Nintendo 3DS that is only one block long and I have never played or owned the title on my 3DS. Do you know where this comes from? If not, do you know if it is safe to delete without bricking my console or doing anything serious to it?

can someone help me with the forwarder ? i have installed java and extracted the zip file for it and it is now in jar format but I cant get it to open so I can make the cia file any help is appreciated I am very new to this

Hey, I have an R4i-SDHC RTS and I followed the guide to the letter, but the forwarders don't appear to be working. It looks like my flashcart isn't recognizing whatever custom menu you had us install in step 1.2.

Any ideas?

Just to confirm this is the problem, I got YSMenu from https://gbatemp.net/threads/retrogamefan-updates-releases.267243/ and it works fine. Can I use this menu with the forwarders? If not, what tweaks did you make to the ones you have in the guide to get the forwarders to work?

I have no idea why this wouldn't work.

I missed a step in the instructions, and I got a little bit further. Now when I run the forwarder there's a black top screen and white bottom screen. I tried following the troubleshooting steps for this new problem in the guide, but no dice.

Any other advice you might offer? It's okay if there is none, I know this software is quite old by now.
