Ok that solved the first issue, it loaded the game. But it still didn't fix the messed up menu. And after it loaded the game it crashes at the main menu...
EDIT: Crash only happened the first time, seems ok now. Menu is still messed up though

The menu is supposed to be black, so the loading speed should be faster. Try a game that doesn't have AP checks.

Oh ok didnt know that. Dang that means I cant use it on my DS lite. Btw, can we change the game path for multiple games at once?
Yes, make sure "Games are on SD card" is checked, and drag and drop all your ROMs in the flashcard's microSD card, to Forwarder3-DS' window.

@wolven9, if you want the ui back, add it to /_afwd/ui/ and change it in globalsettings.ini from 'void' to the new ui name, e.g. Adv.EvoI.

Note that the menu will show up briefly every time you use a forwarder before working as normal.

When using the flashcart normally (without forwader) my saves work just fine. But when I use the forwarder then no saves appear (even if there was one previously) and once you create a new save it corrupts the .nds file the next time you boot it up

Can you attach your globalsettings.ini file that's in the _aio folder?

Hmm... Try the normal build of NTR Launcher and see if it solves your save problems.
No, I don't have save issues when loading through slot-1. NTR Launcher works just like when I load the flashcart from the game slot. Games have always worked like that. Its only with the forwarders that I have save issues.

I pushed an update for the Acekard 2(i) template. Hopefully, it'll fix your save issues.

Welp, I was working on getting the CycloDS Evolution to work with forwarders.
The card boots, and here's what I found out.
  • When the card's firmware finds autoload.nds in the root, it loads that by default instead of the menu. That's how autoboot works on that card.
If something like Wood or YSMenu for CycloDS existed, I would have used that as autoload.nds instead of the card's default firmware, and it would've worked with forwarders without any problems.
