nds-bootstrap loader: Run commercial NDS backups from an SD Card

nds-bootstrap:

Thanks to the work of ahezard, Gericom, Apache, Robz8, _catcatcat, and shutterbug2000 and other contributors, we can now load NDS games from the SD card, without any flashcard/SLOT-1 card.

Don't expect high compatibility, but do expect many, many updates.

Can report on improvements with Sonic Rush. World Map gets a slightly better framerates. More jumpy now, though. It's normal\sloppy, but sure better than total low from before.
Surprisingly, it's the same with bosses. Framerates gets better at times, but it's still jumpy. So mayhaps boss play and world map issues might be connected or have the same cause.
Sonic Rush Adventure also runs for me now. I was able to get past "Press Start" screen to first cutscenes - pre-START cutscene acts similary to Sonic Rush world map. Initial story cutscene and dialogues played well though. Some loading times are also there. Levels are now playable. Bosses probably not, just like with Sonic Rush(my guess, might be proven wrong).

Should I update the data on those games in compatibility list, or it would be better until I wait for actual 0.3.0 release?

Goddamn, Kirby Super Star Ultra booted much faster, but yet "Unable to read save data, please turn off the power and reinstert the Game Card", what's the problem with this game?

So many things coming good for others...but Tetris DS or Nanostray don't seem to work for me, and neither does Bomberman 2. All three of them did use to work before in 0.2.0, and with people reporting compatibility improvements, I may have to try updating again through TWLoader or downloading directly to PC. I will also try Mario Kart DS.

There's been regression for some games. Updating through TWLoader works just fine.

And, Catlevania - Dawn of Sorrow booted REALLY fast and it's working, but the gui and the graphics appears to not be rendered, just squares, but it booted :D(i'm gonna try with some options on TWLoader, like NTR Mode to see if it runs better)
