nds-bootstrap loader: Run commercial NDS backups from an SD Card

nds-bootstrap:

Thanks to the work of ahezard, Gericom, Apache, Robz8, _catcatcat, and shutterbug2000 and other contributors, we can now load NDS games from the SD card, without any flashcard/SLOT-1 card.

Don't expect high compatibility, but do expect many, many updates.

OFF-TOPIC: Someone knows where i can buy a flashcart by a good price and a place where is not risky? Because i think my acekard 2i is bricked and i haven't a NDS to unbrick it...

Just tested some games on TWLoader 2.0:
Super Mario 64 DS|E|White screens
Kirby Canvas Curse|U|White screens
Mario Kart DS|E|White screens
Tetris DS|U|"Unable to read the data" error; works with Tetris DS in the game card slot, although the top screen background in the mode selection menu doesn't load
Tamagotchi no Kira Kira Omisetchi|J|White screens
Scribblenauts|U|White screens
Super Scribblenauts|U|White screens
Silly Bandz|U|White screens
Kung Zhu|U|White screens

That's because bootstrap hasn't been updated.

So... I'm having an issue with Forwarder 3DS where I try to save my game as a CIA, but all I get is nothing. No NDS file, no CIA, nothing. I'll hit the save icon and the "success" icon won't come up.

I'm trying this for MKDS and I'm on Windows 10.

My Title ID is good as well.

EDIT: I'm also aiming to load my games from my 3DS's SD Card. No flashcart is involved. Sorry for the vagueness.

Ohohoh, I think I already had that problem and I could fix it: Try checking for a hidden .templates/fowarder/something folder, where you will find a bunch of nds files. One of them is called "sdcard.nds" along with another similar named but different extension file. Delete BOTH and then run Fowarder3DS. Even if it looks unresponsive, DO NOT TOUCH Fowarder3DS until it tells you it's ready. After that try creating fowarders again.

What happens is that the templates end up downloaded incompletely if you force close them while it's "unresponsive" (it's downloading the templates).

I don't see any bootstrap update, and his game reports are also accurate to the latest version, as I tested Tetris DS and Tetris DS proto some time before and their status are the same as he mentioned. I also have tried Mario Kart DS and it can work with a cart inserted, but it was the U version, so I can't tell that the "white screen" is just that he didn't wait enough (MKDS can take some 4-5 minutes IIRC to load) or that it does not work (considering region can also cause incompatibility).

the latest Commit "Slightly" Changes Elf Bowling , "Elf Bowling 2" now brings up its player mode select bot nothing else:/ Progress! i guess w/ that game
