nds-bootstrap:

Thanks to the work of ahezard, Gericom, Apache, Robz8, _catcatcat, and shutterbug2000 and other contributors, we can now load NDS games from the SD card, without any flashcard/SLOT-1 card.

Don't expect high compatibility, but do expect many, many updates.

Do you transfer files using Filezilla? If so, make sure your transfer type is set to binary.

Make sure you installed the TWLNAND CIA to NAND.

PortalDS is homebrew. There's no multiple support for retail and homebrew ROMs yet. Super Mario 64, and Super Princess Peach currently don't work.

No, only the TWLNAND side CIA. How do you know if it installs to SD?
