Hacking NDS and GBA renamer

hi i was wandering if someon know of a good NDS and GBA rename i would like them renamed just like here does GBATEMP and if there if a way plz msg me back on step by step on how to do it thank alot

As far as DS is concerned most dats have pretty much the same numbering (occasionally one or two get flipped around but there have been no releases that some count and some do not).
For GBA most people use either offline lists, no-intro's, ADVANsCEne's or pocketheavens dats.
