Hacking NDS Adapter Plus on Windows 7 64-bit

I was wondering if someone could help me with installing the NDS Adapter Plus. I've tried using the official drivers as well as these two methods: http://hkems.proboards.com/index.cgi?board...&thread=314 and http://hkems.proboards.com/index.cgi?actio...=334&page=1 but each time Windows says there's a signing error. I'm using an HP HDX16t with an intel core 2 duo processor if that helps.
