No, you must stay on 9.2 so you can use CFW to install and play the games. after you update to 11.0 the signature patches will no longer work as you won't be able to launch cfw anymore, so you wont be able to launch the game

luma3ds.
just create an emunand and boot emunand with luma3ds.
unlink the emunand and then update it to 11.0
if you want, use menuhax to boot luma3ds.
I would recommend a9lh tho.
