it might be tomorrow because today a lot of ds games are suppost to be out i think its like 12 and i dont think release groups will get them all in a day

Do the characters get a wide range of moves? Just wondering. I don't wanna be using the same moves over and over.

yes each character has about 10 - 20 special moves but some of them sux, (like all lvl 1 / 2 generic jutsu)
you will probably want to use their own signature moves anyway
eg.
naruto = kage bunshin, rasengan, uzumaki barrage
sasuke = sharigan eye, chidori, phoenix flower jutsu
neji = byakugan, 8 rotations, 8 trigrams 64 palms
etc
