ROM Hack Naruto Ninja Destiny II Character Swapping?

Right, is it possible to take all the characters from SR II and put them in ND II?
Is it also possible to make it so that all the Hokage Characters remain?
If so, could someone tell me how to do it?

I tried just swapping out the textures and models, and that went horribly wrong lol
