Narrative point-and-click adventure game 'Röki' announced for PlayStation 5 and Xbox Series X|S

Released last year on PC and later on the Switch, Röki is a point-and-click coming-of-age tale set in a fantastical world based on Scandinavian folklore. Indie developers Polygon Treehouse have announced that Röki will debut on PlayStation 5 and Xbox Series X|S later this month. It will have up to 4K and 60fps support. A new announcement trailer was also released:



Inspired by Scandinavian folklore, Röki follows the adventurous Tove, who must embark on a quest into an ancient world filled with strange mythical monsters to save her family. With a rich and imaginative story filled with universal themes of love and loss, Röki is a game for players of all ages and backgrounds.

Röki is set to launch on PlayStation 5 and Xbox Series X|S this Thursday, Oct. 28 for 19.99 USD / 19.99 EUR / 15.99 GBP. Be sure to check out our official review of the game linked below!

The titles for these Scandinavian inspired games have got to stop.. it feels like I'm seeing a new "Röki" every month.

The game itself aside, what significance does the title have if it doesn't really mean anything? Röki *doesn't* mean anything...

Game looks fun though lmao, I'm just irritated.
