Hacking nand dump

I have my nand dump and a nand dump of a brand new console.
My goal here is to use the new nand dump on another console. (I am familiar with hex editing)
What steps do I need to take to modify the new nand dump to put it on my console (if this is even possible)

What I am looking to do is create a perfect install then use it on other consoles thereby saving my time by not going through a bunch of guides.

this is assuming I am using consoles that are not lu64/65. all will be consoles that started off with 3.2 installed and have bootmii installed.
