Hacking nand downgrade via pogo pins

Does anyone know the sizing for making a mod for a nand downgrade with prototyping board and pogo pins. I have found some links in the original nand downgrade thread however all the links are in the usa. Can anyone link me this stuff in the uk or tell me the sizing needed so i can source it myself?

Yes i have a nand backup.

Also if anyone can recommend a decent soldering station am looking and there blinking all sorts.
