I have a 4.2u wii and i did a NAND backup using bootmii. I had 2 factory bad blocks. I was wondering if this will affect my NAND restore in case i need to do it?

No, it will not. You Wii's NAND chip avoids using those two blocks because they're bad, so there is no data in them. Likewise, if you restore your Wii's NAND from the backup, the two blocks will be skipped over in the restore process.

I dumped a NAND that had 25 or so Bad blocks, and it was all good when it was restored
