Nacon announces its lineup of Nintendo Switch 2 accessories

switch2stuff.png

Genki was showing off its Switch 2 accessories before the console was even announced, but now that Nintendo has made it official, other accessory-makers are debuting their gear for the upcoming system. Less than a day after the system's reveal, Nacon has announced its line of Switch 2 accessories which will be available when the console launches. They've got system cases, wall plugs, steering and racing wheels, grips, screen protectors, and game cart cases all planned. You can see the full lineup of Switch 2 gear at the link below.

The accessory manufacturers are now sighing with relief that the leaks were right, or they had advanced specs for the thing. Wouldn't be shocked if there's a mixture of both out there, but this whole situation is entertaining with Nintendo just shoving the reveal out the door.

Not sure if it is because of my location, but the website in the source shows "no products available" when I try to browse the collection for the Switch 2.

@Chary - Are these only available in France? Google Chrome is auto-translating the page from French to English for me now, so maybe they are only available internationally? Also, they are offering a 10% discount if you sign up for their newsletter, in case anyone is interested.

I agree, but the OG Switch Joycons are so thin that my hands hurt after a while of use, especially after several intense rounds of Mario Kart. Do you know of any other solution, besides the plastic holders?

I sold my Switch because the Joycons and overall ergonomics are awful. Eliminated the problem for me.

There is a language switcher in the bottom left of the page.

You could have just bought a controller...
I have a pro controller that eliminates the problem, but some games (like Mario Party) require the Joy Cons.

Yup, that's me.
I pretty much don't use joycons at all, sole exception is for the initial novelty on some Mario Party minigames, which are later disabled (thank Jamboree for having that option).

Yes, but when I do that, the list of available Switch 2 products drops to 0; It's like they won't sell to me because I speak English.

The solution to fix Nintendo's lack of thought to ergonomics is to spend more money.

Some of the posts here are beyond parody.
Yup, it would have only cost them maybe a few cents per console, to increase the thickness of the Joycons, or mold them like a full-sized controller. They would even get that money back when they modified the dock to fit the new shape of the console. Plus, with the controllers being thicker than the console, they could use that as a feature to help with docking; use them like guides for the docking.

Pretty cool, my DAW (MPC 2,0) has whats called "Stem Separation". It will take any sample and split the sample into different tracks and filter sounds, example: Will separate to 4 tracks, 1 for bass, 1 for vocals, 1 for drums, 1 for rest. https://www.akaipro.com/stems.html
