Hacking NA Black DS' + FlashMe

Does anyone know or think that the North American Black DS' can still be flashed like any other normal DS without troubles?

how would people know that when the thing's not out yet? the answer is most likely 99% yes, I've flashed a ff3 crystal white ds and a noble pink ds. I don't suspect nintendo to change a thing.
