I had this N64 for 25 years and had it sitting in storage for about 3 years. I recently decided to clean it and play some games. It turns out without an issue but after a few mins of gameplay it gets hot for some reason. After I change games ,it didn't want to boot a game till it cools off. I Cleaned the cart and ram slot ports and I have 2 jumper paks I tested. Could it be the power supply or is it something internal? What could be causing this and can it be fixed?

I couldnt imagine the system having normal thermal issues. Could be a chip or the power supply.

Update:

Brought a new power brick and expansion pak for it,. Powers on with no issue for about an hour then it just stop loading games. I might just need to buy a new one -_-. No idea what to do
