Homebrew N64 emulator on 4.3U

I am using usb loader gx r935 have 4.3u r20, N64 Beta 1.1 "Honey MenuV2. Every time I try to load the N64 emulator the wii restarts. What am I doing wrong. I have no problems loading on my wii with 4.2U
