Dynarec implemented on Android; just needs porting on optimization for Horizon.
No.
Background work is done (memory permissions etc), but there are some horizon specific "bugs" right now that I deal with.
Also it's for Android *and* Linux (includes lakka-switch aarch64 version)
Optimizations also have to happen *at all*, it's currently not optimized - at all - for 64bit, but performs well enough!

it's been silent for quite some time, Happy to hear that there's still progress being made.
Having all the background work done sounds like you still have a bit to go but like the most works has been done :) That is good news.
Good luck and thanks for your effort

Great progress nonetheless, amazing work by all devs involved!

Lakka 64bit? Yes.
Horizon? When it's done. Could be tomorrow, could be a month.
No ETA.

So close to Perfect Dark...

Awesome work man, you've seriously made the Switch the only thing to truly rival a PC for emulation.

What ever happened to the cycle accurate emulators such as CEN64 and ParallelN64 for PC? Are they still in
development?

My bad, I totally misinterpreted. Thanks for correcting me.

Great news. I wonder if it be worth eventually buying a switch for the n64 emulation in case it turns out good or the nintendo wii u might have good enough n64 emulation.

Also shoutouts to Gillou who has also (primarily) developed the dyna-rec.

Does Starfox actually run now?
Not yet on horizon (Switch FW) if you want N64 games running right now then go to Lakka.
