Hacking N3DS XL won't turn off after using Anemone Theme Manager

So I tried opening the Anemone app and it showed me I didn't have any themes, so I quit the app via the Home button. Now, holding the Home button on the Home Screen doesn't show the Power Console Off button anymore. How do I fix this?
