Where do I get started?

I know reiNAND just released 10.3 cfw for all.. what's this about EmuNAND, is it something that installs when you install reiNAND cfw?

How does one go about installing this new CFW with a fresh N3DS with just HBL from MenuHax?

It just allows emunand to be updated to 10.3

The best thing that can be released in the near future is a more stable downgrader, or a LEGIT cia installer with a better bootrate.
