Hardware [n3DS] Am I the only one having a faulty Card Slot?

It only works half the time and seems to only pickup when a game is in it when I power on/off

Am I the only one with this issue?

It's been the same with my O3DS XL, ever since I purchased it. It's really annoying, but there's not really any fix afaik.
