I have the mario land N3DS and i was following the guide for browser hax put my file on the SD card change the skin date etc went to the browser and i'm getting the Upgrade nag what do i need to do or am i screwed?

DO NOT update as you'll lose the ability to downgrade for free..

Use another entry point to enter homebrew(like menuhax, ninjhax ....) and just continue the guide
Edit: I assume you followed Plailect's guide?

Exactly, don't do it, your version its an excellent FW to downgrade, 11.1. is not.

Create a bookmark with the exploit page, turn off the device, turn it on again and open the bookmarked page as fast as possible.

I just managed to get Browserhax working on my 3DS 11.0.0 I'm still surprised it really works, after getting the browser nag.
FYI if you format the system, the browser nag is gone, tried it myself.

That's why I tells you to read all posts in that thread.

Since you own a New model, if you are fast enough you can bypass the fw check

Did you using DNS? If you doesn't use DNS or doesn't block nintendo server.
No matter how you do, without nintendo server block, you absolutly get browser nag.

Well like it says at some point in the guide:
"This can take many tries!"
So don't give up and just try until you get it to work :3

Try changing it on router, not on your 3DS.
That thread also offer many ways to block Nintendo Server.
(The correct way to block, working DNS, example of router config, etc)
That's why I tells you to read all posts in that thread.

But, if it's a pain, just spend some money for other hax.
You need to be more patient to use browserhax.

Don't forget that some game exploits such as OOT3Dhax are secondary.
If you don't have another hacked console, you can't use it.

Just look at the version they still work and try to get the one that is the cheapest for you.

EDIT: Smashbroshax is kinda weird(some say it works fine ... others say it just doen't work at all, I haven't got it to work a single time yet) and has room for much user errros so I would suggest forgetting about it if there is another option.

OK I got the Cubix Ninja what do i need to do to load a9lh ans luma on my 10.7 3ds. do i do the ninja hack then follow the Plailect's guide

Well i got and error when it started the downgrade now when i go into cubic ninja and try to load hbluncher it gives me a error to power down etc. am i screwed now :0(
