Hacking N2dsxl luma cfw amiibo not working

Yeah so I have a n2ds xl on cfw and amiibo dont work on it. It's not because of game specific amiibo because I cant use them at the register amiibo thing. They are ntag215 homemade amiibo but, they have worked on my Wii u and switch. Is there a fix?

    That's one of the issues I have with ecchi stuff recently, it focuses too much on the sexual aspect, not the comedy effect.
