there is a request thread and also you might want to try the search function (at the top of this page it says search - click it and type in the search pane that appears...)
someone asked me for help with something that sounds like this so I am pretty sure you will get at least one result
and even then why not try translating and making a patch yourself instead of asking someone else to do it?

There is little to no story and the menus are easy to navigate.
