Hacking N-Card keeps deleting saves...

I just got an N-Card (I think it's the original one, it's got the chinese website and all) and it keeps randomly deleting my saves. Sometimes they'll be there and then they'll just be gone next time I try. Is there any way to fix this or did I just waste my money?

Which game is it? You may have a bad battery.

Every game I've tried, including FF Fables, Mario Cart DS, Brain Age. How do you check for a bad battery?

Don't forget to leave it for at least 15 seconds before you turn it back on (after running it) to get an accurate result.

is there another link to that, i;m not a member of that forum. I'm having the same problem, just deletes the save when i start playing another game though
