Hacking N-Card Error

I turned off my DS the other night after playing some pheonix wright, and now i've turned it on again and i get this error. "Nitro File Error" on the top screen - nothing on the bottom.

anyone else get this?

backing up/formatting/re-installing is a lot of trouble so i'm looking for a quick fix.
