Hacking N-card/Clones auto save Detect?

does the N-card and its clones have Auto save detect...so i dont have to update it from save list *coughs* EZ Flash V

In the newest version of the N-Card FW there is Auto-Save-Detect

The N-Card Or one of the clones (just name it because i don't know them)

All the clones are the same in terms of compatibility. Any clone or Ncard is fine.
