I have a problem, Regarding my young YouTube channel.

My video was stolen and i am not sure what to do.

I made a video addressing it, (I had not rehearsed it, the commentary was bad

Contact YouTube about it. I read somewhere that TechDawg did that too to get some stolen video's deleted. However, TD had some contacts in/at YouTube, so it might not be as easy for you.

Subs means nothing if youtube can look at the time something was uploaded.

Kinda obvious someone stole something if they uploaded the video after you.

Read the description of the video which he stole on his channel, it says that you let him use it. If this isn't true, just tell youtube and they'll take the video down.

On a serious note though, report it to an admin on Youtube. Present him with your video, and the time at which you posted it. Then present him with a link to the stolen one, and show him that the guy who stole it posted it later.

So what. It wasn't very good anyway. The RIAA would argue that you stole Kid Cudi's song to use for your video.

Make something that isn't generic so that you would have a base of argument.

Don't flag it, and don't settle for a "shoutout" after he has treated you like that. You hold the copyright on the original video and you can forcibly take it down using a DMCA notice. If he files a counter-notification, you can subpoena YouTube and file a lawsuit for copyright infringement.

I have a nice template here that I use for takedowns (modified for your situation, fill in the blanks with your real name and stuff. Don't worry about giving your identity to YouTube). Send it to YouTube's copyright address:
